 
- Please bring your child to school on time and pick your child up promptly at 2:30 pm. A fee of 1,500yen will be charged if you are more than 10 min late.
*Please drop your child off and pick them up at the entrance of the second floor.
- If you are late, assist your child to change his/her shoes and let them enter the classroom on their own.
- After school care is available with advance notice for 1,500 yen per hour.
(No Half hour charges)
- Do not bring your child to school if they are not well. This means that your child's temperature should be below 37.5. If your child develops a temperature of 37.5 or above you will be asked to pick him/her up.
- A doctor's permission in writing will be necessary if your child has been absent with any type of contagious illness. Please see our medical hand out for more information.
*Due to health care regulations in Japan, we are not permitted to administer any type of medication.
- We are happy to assist with toilet training, however the fundamentals need to begin at home. Let's work together to help your child!!
- Please give advance notice for any schedule changes. (additional days, change of days or decrease in
days)
- Schedule changes will be considered on availability basis, and will be effective the following term.
- No changes will be permitted during the term. There are NO make-up days.
- Tuition is due by the 25th of each preceding month. 10% per week late penalty will be charged.
- Parents are welcome to observe once a term with prior notice.
- Pottery money (exact amount) is due on the morning of the lesson. If you do not have the fee, your child will not participate.
- Music Together is 4000 yen per month. Please use the provided envelope for the payment.
School supplies
Please bring the following items on the first day of each term.PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING.
Blankets and shoes will be sent home every other week to be washed
- 1 full change of clothes
- 2 extra pair of under pants
- 1 pair of indoor shoes that your child can put on and take off by themself – NO SLIPPERS -
- 1 smock
- 1 cup
- 1 blanket for quiet time
- a toothbrush
- diapers and wipes (if needed)
- an earth quake protector (bosai zukin)

In case of an evacuation emergency, we will go to Okusawa Junior High School. (located across the street)
