Fees cover insurance, new materials, and project costs. Payments may be made yearly or by term.
Tuition is payable by term.
First term is due July 15
Second term is due December 15
Third term is due March 15
Payments received after the due date will incur a 10% late fee, per week payment is overdue.
*No changes will be permitted during the term. There are no make-up days.
*Please bring your child to school on time and pick your child up promptly at 2:30 pm.
A fee of 1500yen will be charged if you are more than 10 min late.
*After school care is available with advance notice for 1,500 yen per hour.
