Montessori Friends International School was founded on the desire to utilize the Montessori Method of education to positively impact children's lives while inspiring their social and educational development. Maria Montessori used the analogy that a child's young mind is similar to a sponge in that it is eager to soak up knowledge. In an appropriate environment children have a natural desire to learn, and do so in a positive and enjoyable way. At Montessori Friends we provide this environment of appropriate activities at the appropriate stage of development.
Our teachers are the medium through which your child are introduced to the Montessori Environment. By observing and responding to the individual needs of each child the teacher can provide activities that stimulate both discovery and development. Every student is treated with respect and is offered constant encouragement.

モンテッソリ フレンズ インターナショナルスクールは1才半から６才までの子供達に国籍を問わずに開かれた英語で行われるプリスクールです。
授業はモンテッソリのカリキュラムに基づいて行われ、子供達は本物のモンテッソリの教材を幅広く用いてさまざまなことに取り組んでいきます。モンテッソリのカリキュラムは、基礎的な運動神経や手先の動きを発達させたり、規律正しい生活習慣を身につけたり、創造性を延ばします。又、美的感覚、会話、読み書き、計算、リズム感、図画などさまざまな分野の理解力も高めます。
